Axess is a global leader in providing secure and innovative ticketing and access control management systems. Headquartered in Austria with 21 subsidiaries around the world, the company caters to industries such as ski resorts, convention centers, stadiums, museums and more.
Axess started with Atlassian Jira/Confluence to manage the SW requirements and later MS Azure DevOps was introduced because of new used technologies. To ensure that SW requirements between the 2 systems are synchronized Axess looked for a solution to exchange data from Atlassian Jira to Azure DevOps.
Moreover, they wanted custom fields and status information to be mapped from Jira to Azure DevOps and vice-versa. They opted for the enterprise-grade integration tool, OpsHub Integration Manager.
OpsHub and the Axess AG team worked together to devise an integration strategy leveraging OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM). Ultimately, the Axess team were able to transform data based on their requirements management process successfully without replacing their existing software solutions, i.e. Jira and Azure DevOps.
A streamlined data exchange process was implemented, leading to:
Maximize the potential of data throughout the value chain using new and innovative tools. OpsHub empowers the seamless adoption of new tools, ensuring a smooth transition without disruptions or downtime.
Eliminate data silos within the organization, promoting effortless information sharing among teams. With OpsHub’s bidirectional integration capability, teams gain automatic access to comprehensive and up-to-date information within their native system, in real-time.
Unleash the potential of the captured data to derive valuable insights that drive actionable decisions, enabling organizations to make informed choices. OpsHub facilitates the utilization of captured data to its full extent, empowering organizations to harness the power of knowledge.
