Keep Historical Data, Without Slowing Down Your Tools

OpsHub Archive Manager (OAM) enables enterprises to move inactive ALM and DevOps data into a secure, searchable archive while maintaining an
easy-to-use, ALM-like read-only interface for access, exploration, and audit. Historical projects, work items, attachments, comments, links, and
relationships remain fully accessible, even as your active systems stay lean, fast, and modern.

What they said

Success stories of those who tried, experienced, and scaled growth with OpsHub

When it comes to live synchronization, it is something very magical for us because the teams are working on their own ADO team projects and they need to be least worried about whatever updates they make – their epics, features and bugs, they get automatically synced so that management can see the information as a whole organization.

We have recaptured 15-20% of our developer productivity. The developers always have clarity on which items are top priority, and we can give customers real-time status updates on the spot. With OpsHub, everyone is much more relaxed, and we can resolve more issues faster.

We found the technical support from OpsHub to be exceptional as it helped us to solve several problems and optimize how we use the integration. We went from slow and cumbersome, heavy releases spanning years to lower-risk and simplified release cycles spanning months.

Why Archiving Matters for Today’s Enterprises

Inactive data adds up

Years of completed work items, tests, and attachments accumulate in ALM and DevOps tools.

Retention is mandatory

Historical data must be preserved for audits, compliance, reporting, and legal hold.

Bridge gaps that could lead to compliance fallouts with an enterprise-class solution that scales with your business. Ensure complete data integrity and consistency with built-in conflict resolution and advanced failure recovery.

Live systems pay the price

Storage costs rise, performance slows, and upgrades and modernization become harder.

OIM is designed to handle thousands of projects and hundreds of teams, ensuring your growth is never limited. It supports more than 60 common ALM tools out of the box with pre-built connectors.
