Yes, there is a Community (Free) Edition of OIM that you can download by registering on OpsHub Community. All the key features of OIM Paid edition are included in the Community Edition.

Both deployment options are available, customers can deploy OIM on-premise or OpsHub can host it for them.

Yes, users can write their own integrations/connectors and plug it in OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM). Once plugged-in, customers can leverage full-board product functionality and integrate custom connector with any other connector supported by OpsHub out-of-box.
