CSI Leasing Transforms DevOps Leveraging OpsHub

CSI Leasing, Inc., based in St. Louis, MO, is a leading financial leasing and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company with a global presence in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. As one of the world’s largest equipment leasing companies, it offers leasing financing, asset management, end-of-life data security, and disposal services in over 50 countries. With a five-decade focus on technology solutions, CSI Leasing is a recognized industry leader.

CSI Leasing wanted to update their TFS 2018 to their already established Azure DevOps Server 2020 environment. Success of this modernization project relied on two vital criteria – ensuring a seamless transition and preserving history, as their teams were still working with the old 2018 version. To do this, they required an automated migration tool with a user-friendly interface to ensure operational continuity and zero data loss.

OpsHub Migrator for Microsoft Azure DevOps Streamlines Enterprise-wide DevOps

OpsHub and CSI Leasing teams partnered to devise a migration strategy leveraging OpsHub Migrator for Microsoft Azure DevOps (OM4ADO) (Formerly known as OpsHub Azure DevOps Migrator (OADOM))- which ensured a non-disruptive migration with zero downtime and no impact on business continuity.

OpsHub provided continuous support and specialized issue-resolution including a core concern, adding the original ticket number to the new item, which cleared any confusion that that CSI users would have potentially had. This provided an additional layer of context and visibility throughout the migration process.

Ultimately, this collaboration led to CSI Leasing successfully achieving their migration goals, which helped unite their IT, development, and management teams on a single platform. This improved collaboration and centralized access to data, leading to informed decision-making and actionable insights.
