Also, maintaining compliance across systems can be challenging, especially when fields and classifications are not properly aligned. For example, if an entity is updated from “Problem” to “Bug” in one system but not reflected in another, it can lead to misclassifications, confusion, and potential compliance issues. OIM’s Entity Movement feature solves this problem by ensuring all entity types are accurately aligned across systems. Every update in one system is mirrored in the other, preventing errors and ensuring data accuracy. This not only reduces confusion but also helps your company stay compliant by helping you achieve traceability across your toolchain. Moreover, our latest enhancements ensure you get unmatched control over sync and user access functions for your systems. Using this, your team can easily schedule syncs at convenient times, ensuring seamless updates without interruptions. Additionally, user access can be tailored to roles and hierarchies, ensuring data security while fostering smooth collaboration.
